2020-04-15Use the new builders, modify readers to preserve empty headersdespresc
The Builder.simpleTable now only adds a row to the TableHead when the given header row is not null. This uncovered an inconsistency in the readers: some would unconditionally emit a header filled with empty cells, even if the header was not present. Now every reader has the conditional behaviour. Only the XWiki writer depended on the header row being always present; it now pads its head as necessary.

2018-04-21Markdown reader/writer: spacing adjustments in tables.John MacFarlane
* Markdown writer now includes a blank line at the end of the row in a single-row multiline table, to prevent it from being interpreted as a simple table. Closes #4578. * Markdown reader does a better job computing the relative width of the last column in a multiline table, so we can round-trip tables without constantly shrinking the last column.
2017-03-19Removed failing part of 3348 test.John MacFarlane
This was failing because of a small discrepancy in markdown table header line lengths on appveyor. It's a minor issue, I can't see what is causing it, and it's irrelevant to the issue this is testing, so we'll just write native for this test.
2017-03-17Added test case to 3348 to try to figure out why appveyor build fails.John MacFarlane
2017-03-17Adjust command test 3348.md to specify column width.John MacFarlane
This is meant to address a test failure on appveyor.
