Docx reader: don't create multiple paragraphs for title or subtitle.
If there are multiple paragraphs with Title or Subtitle style,
use only the first for metadata.
Note: this is a message-only commit. The code for this accidentally got
lumped with another change in d5d2821a4d5032563ac05e75f84ff238b654cc06.
Closes #10359.
