Make CommonState opaque.
Text.Pandoc.Class now exports CommonState as an opaque object,
without its fields. [API change]
The internal module Text.Pandoc.Class.CommonState still exports
the fields.
Text.Pandoc.Class now exports the following new functions:
`getRequestHeaders`, `setRequestHeaders`, `getSourceURL`,
`getTrace`. [API change]
