New module `Text.Pandoc.Readers.Pptx`,
exporting `readPptx`. [API change]

Factored out some common OOXML functions from
Text.Pandoc.Readers.Docx.Util into a non-exported module
Text.Pandoc.Readers.OOXML.Shared.
